The 2021 $2 Aboriginal Flag Coin commemorates the 50th anniversary of the Australian Aboriginal Flag a significant symbol of pride and unity for First Nations people. Designed by the Royal Australian Mint this coloured uncirculated coin features a striking representation of the flag with black and red fields printed over a relief pattern of miniature flags. The central yellow sun motif is left unpainted allowing the golden aluminium bronze alloy to shine through.
