2017 Bananas in Pyjamas PNC

For more than two decades Bananas in Pyjamas have
educated young children through popular entertainment.
The stellar career of the fruity pair really took off when Carey
Blyton's song was picked up by Play School, the ABC's
flagship program for preschoolers. So popular were B1 and B2
that they secured their own show in 1992. The wonderfully
mischievous pair radiate confidence, cooperation and can-do
attitude, illustrating to their young charges the values and
behaviours to aspire to. One coin in this cover features the
bananas and three teddies of Cuddles Avenue - Amy, Lulu
and Morgan. The other coin features Rat in a Hat, the clever,
greedy and often bossy proprietor of the Cuddles Avenue shop.
